Over a year ago I decided to make the switch from disposable sanitary products to reusable ones in a bid to help reduce my household waste. For anyone that isn’t familiar with reusable pads they work under the same principle as reusable nappies, in that you use them and then you wash them to use again. Granted this isn’t to everyone’s taste but personally I would never switch back to disposables now. Continue reading “Bloom & Nora Reusable Sanitary Pads Review”
Last year we were lucky enough to be invited along to the fireworks event at Devon’s Crealy. It was by far the best fireworks display I have ever seen! So you can imagine how happy we were when we got invited back again this year. Continue reading “Fireworks Event 2016 at Devons Crealy”
I never used to be much of a spa girl, I always saw it as a bit girly and not really my thing. I couldn’t understand how people enjoyed just lounging around all day and dipping in and out of various plunge pools; but then I had children! If I was going to be stranded on a desert island and I was allowed to take one thing it would probably be green tea. I am totally and utterly addicted to the stuff! I also swear it is the main reason that my weight stays under control without dieting. On a normal day I will have anything up to 7 mugs of green tea. I’ll also have a least one cup of matcha. One of the great things about moving to a new area is that you have lots of new places to discover. It also means that you don’t have to travel far for your next holiday. This weekend we went on a mini-break and we were only 27 miles from home but quite frankly we could of been anywhere in the country.
We had sun, sea and spectacular views! What more could you want? Continue reading “Ladram Bay Holiday Park Review”
